Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
The Standard plan covers a single location with every essential feature. Premium adds multi-location management plus access to the API and webhooks. Pricing is per restaurant in both cases.
Do you charge per cover?
Never. Your subscription covers unlimited reservations. Whether you take 50 or 5,000 bookings a month, the price stays the same.
Do you charge commissions?
None on your bookings: we're not a marketplace and take no cut of your revenue. The only possible commission — 5% excl. VAT — applies solely to amounts you charge through the card imprint on a no-show, never on a booking that was honoured.
How does the card imprint work?
The guest registers a card at booking without being charged. On a no-show or late cancellation, you charge the amount set by your policy and collect directly into your Stripe account. Only the amounts actually charged carry a 5% excl. VAT commission, on top of Stripe's processing fees.
Is there a commitment?
Our plans are monthly with no commitment. You can cancel anytime.
