Protect your covers against no-shows
Ask for a card imprint at booking. Nothing is charged as long as the guest shows up — and you collect directly if they don't.
A card imprint requested at the time of booking
On your booking widget, the guest registers their card in seconds through a secure Stripe payment. Nothing is charged: the card serves only as a guarantee against no-shows.
How the guarantee works
Three simple steps, from saving the card to collecting on a no-show.
The guest registers a card
At booking, the guest enters a card. Nothing is charged: it's a simple imprint, just like at a hotel.
You charge on a no-show
No-show or late cancellation? You charge the amount set by your cancellation policy, up to the limit agreed with the guest.
You collect directly
Funds land in your Stripe account. You stay the merchant: Service never sits between you and your guest.
Transparent fees
No fee as long as nothing is charged. When you collect on a no-show, you only pay Stripe's processing fee and a 5% excl. VAT Service commission — on the amounts actually charged only, never on a booking that was honoured. All grouped into one monthly invoice.
Online and at the counter
The imprint works on your online booking widget as well as on requests sent by your team: a secure pay-link is emailed to the guest, who manages their card on their own.
