We built Service behind the counter, not in a boardroom.

Service was born at Maurice, our restaurant in Marseille. We were tired of paying a commission on every cover — or an overpriced subscription for tools designed far from the dining room. So we built our own. And while the booking giants merge, we stay independent — and reachable.
